I appreciated the resort feel, with a cute reception. The vast pool area leads to a pristine private beach. The staff was very cute. I used the dining credit at other restaurants. The team by the pool was also excellent. Brian and Charles were great, with parting drinks on the house.

The lighting could be brighter in the bathroom. My wife had trouble applying makeup and drying her hair because of the dimness.

The hotel offers excellent dining options, with plentiful selections at the LIV restaurant for meals. I found the food quality to be high. The dining credit was beneficial. Olivino was also great and the food at Wet Deck was lovely too.

The hotel provides easy access to Palm West Beach and JBR. An Uber ride took only 10 to 15 minutes. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel service was not great. ordering drinks at the pool took too long. i had to order two drinks at once to get them on time.. also, this supposedly luxury hotel doesn't have smart tvs. i had to spend extra money on a streaming device so i could watch tv and relax. i asked for a late checkout at 2 pm, but it was denied. the attendant offered 1 pm instead. it just didn't make sense.
